*Song Drop: HEART x Oberhofer

(Sample?)

*Remember Oberhofer and “Away From You” from Boys Sessions? Sad that I  hadn’t seen it before, but last month they released their most recent single entitled “HEART” and after listening to it, the title fits perfectly. Romantic, with a piano intro that reminds not literally, but to the essence of those compositions like REO Speedwagon and their “Keep On Loving You”. A very very sad song, purely out of love, with lines like “All that I ask for was a little bit of heart, I gave you my love and yo tore it apart”, that descends with violins, goes up again with drums, and finishes with a short loop, even sadder,  that follows the same melody but with an old fashioned vibe like taken from a town fair.

This wonder is part of the album Time Capsules II, to be released on March 27th and the cover of the album by Michael Carney, who has work for other great artists. Other thing: the song’s available for free.
